What you'll do

• We are looking for a talented (Senior Salesforce Administrator) to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
• The Senior Salesforce Administrator manages all assigned aspects of the Salesforce environment at Sectigo. This position is responsible for guiding the ongoing development, improving processes, promoting adoption of the platform, and performing the execution on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. This individual primarily focuses on a list of assigned regions, as well as interacting with and supports users globally besides collaborating with other Salesforce administrators on the team. This individual works closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes for the sales, marketing, and support departments. This role is a part administrator and heavily supports users on CPQ from assisting with quote creation and working with product management to set up price books/product bundles/approval flows.
