Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyInternships.in ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, candidates, employers, and other users of the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintaining the security of your password and account • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Student accounts are restricted to individuals currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an educational institution. Employer accounts are restricted to legitimate businesses and organisations.

As a student using MyInternships.in, you agree to: • Only apply for internships or jobs you are genuinely interested in and qualified for • Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, resume, and applications • Not submit multiple duplicate applications for the same listing • Respond professionally to employer communications • Not misrepresent your educational qualifications, skills, or experience • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose We are not responsible for the content of external job listings or the conduct of employers. We strongly encourage you to exercise due diligence before accepting any offer.

As an employer using MyInternships.in, you agree to: • Only post legitimate internships or jobs that genuinely exist at your organisation • Provide accurate information about your company, role requirements, and compensation • Not post discriminatory listings or engage in discriminatory hiring practices • Respond to candidate applications in a timely and professional manner • Not use candidate data obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than evaluating them for the specific role they applied for • Comply with all applicable Indian labour laws, including rules around minimum wages, working hours, and workplace safety • Not charge candidates any fees to apply for or obtain a position We reserve the right to remove any listing we deem fraudulent, misleading, or violating these Terms, and to suspend employer accounts without notice.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (resumes, job descriptions, company profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant MyInternships.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely for operating the Platform. You agree not to upload content that: • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent • Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights • Contains viruses, malware, or any harmful code • Is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activity • Violates any applicable law or regulation We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

All content on MyInternships.in — including the platform design, logos, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to MyInternships.in and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our express written permission. The MyInternships.in name, logo, and brand are trademarks of the company and may not be used without authorisation.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy at myinternships.in/privacy to understand our data collection and processing practices. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MyInternships.in does not warrant that: • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses • Any job or internship listing is accurate, genuine, or currently available • Employers are who they claim to be or will honour their listings TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYINTERNSHIPS.IN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. Our total liability in any matter relating to the Platform shall not exceed ₹1,000 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting betterworkindia@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at betterworkindia@gmail.com and giving us 30 days to respond.
