Our Story
MyInternships.in was founded in 2024 in Hyderabad, Telangana, with a simple observation: millions of Indian candidates were graduating every year with skills and ambition but no clear path to their first real opportunity. At the same time, thousands of growing startups and SMEs couldn't find the right talent because they didn't have the resources or brand recognition of large corporations.
We built MyInternships.in to close this gap. Our platform is designed specifically for the Indian market — understanding the semester system, the importance of stipends, the role of college placement coordinators, and the unique challenges of hiring in a country with 800+ universities.
Today, we serve candidates across every state in India, work with companies from early-stage startups to established enterprises, and are committed to making the platform better every single day.
