What you'll do

• We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our innovative Digital Integration & Optimization team comprised of passionate data professionals who combine a diverse range of knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise to deliver world class solutions enabling a data driven organization.
• The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver, monitor, and maintain high-quality data workflows. You will play a key role in constructing, testing, monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing critical data pipelines between multiple databases and business systems vital to our marketing, sales, and customer support teams.

Who can apply

• Extensive, hands-on experience working with Salesforce, Siebel CRM, and Oracle ERP.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales automation platforms such as Demandbase, SalesLoft, and HubSpot.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data processing frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience working with BI/analytics tools, especially Power BI.
• Experience with AI-powered database optimization tools.
• Experience preparing data sets for use in machine learning and AI applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and engaging manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency with Salesforce data tools including Data Loader, Workbench, and Inspector.
• Track record of implementing data engineering best practices.
