What you'll do

Gather, document and analyse business and user requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients.
-Support the coordination of product implementations, onboarding and go-lives for new clients.
Maintain and update project plans, trackers and status reports, flagging risks and blockers early.
Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria and work items in Azure DevOps.
Liaise between engineering, product and client-facing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
Help produce client-facing documentation including release notes, user guides and training materials.
Support CRM and ticket management workflows using tools such as HubSpot and Azure DevOps.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives across operations and delivery.

Who can apply

Attend client calls and internal stand-ups, capturing actions and following up on outcomes.
0-2 years of experience in a business analysis, project coordination or operations support role (internships and placements count).
Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate technical detail into clear, client-friendly language.
Organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with project management or issue-tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or Trello.
Comfortable working with data — able to read spreadsheets, spot patterns and summarise findings.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Comfortable working remotely and aligning to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST).
