Can I mentor while working a full-time job?+
Yes — that is exactly how the programme is designed. Mentoring happens only in the weekly slots you publish yourself, so almost every mentor runs it on evenings and weekends alongside a full-time role. You are not employed by MyInternships.in; it is a paid mentoring engagement. If your employment contract restricts outside paid work, check your company policy before applying.
How much extra income can I earn as a mentor?+
The first batch pays ₹250 per candidate. One batch is 10 candidates, so a batch is ₹2,500. Two batches a month is ₹5,000. Actual batch allocation depends on candidate demand in your domain, so treat these as estimates rather than a guaranteed monthly amount.
Do I need to quit my job, take leave or relocate?+
No. There is no resignation, no notice period and no relocation. Every session is a remote video call in a slot you chose, so your working day is untouched.
Who can apply to become a mentor?+
Working professionals only. You should currently be employed and have real, hands-on expertise in your field. Your LinkedIn profile URL is mandatory and every application is verified by our background team.
Why do you ask for a LinkedIn profile?+
It is how we verify that you are a genuine working professional with the experience you have stated. You can paste your profile URL, and optionally upload your LinkedIn PDF export (LinkedIn → your profile → More → Save to PDF) or your CV to speed up verification.

No. There is no registration fee or charge of any kind for mentors. We will never ask you to pay to join the programme, and you should share ID or bank details only over an @myinternships.in email address.
