What you'll do

• Facility Executive/ Facility Lead
• SPOC from C&W for the FM Housekeeping service and overall admin work at site.
• Event management.
• Makes periodic inspections & walkthrough of the facility and equipment to determine if janitorial, cafeteria, break out area, Pantry, and Indoor gardening.
• Makes periodic inspections of the facility and equipment to determine to M&E and other services are adequate and whether repair work is needed, reviews safety equipment and procedures for adequacy.
• Coordinate with the AMC vendor partner to carry out the PPM services of the critical equipments.
• Monthly service invoice raising in the C&W ABS portal for the services provide at site.
• Innovate, suggest, and implement energy conservation ideas.
• Supervise the HK staff on daily basis of both the Fossil client location (Nebula & Indra Nagar Office)
• Assigns job to the subordinates, gives instructions, maintains discipline, and resolves difficult facility upkeeping and with all safety aspects.
