What you'll do

• At Equal Experts, the QA role is not carried out within a vacuum; our QAs form a core part of the delivery team throughout an engagement, ensuring that relevant tests are fully considered, designed and performed at the appropriate points.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Working with the client and the team to ensure quality is embedded in every aspect of delivery
• Provide support and leadership by mentoring client team members in quality principles
• Collaborate closely with the developers; driving the development of test frameworks and engaging in technical discussions
• Make sure the testing practices are improved upon continuously and iteratively
• Maintaining a holistic view of the spectrum of tests implemented to support the drive towards continuous delivery
• Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments
• Considers testability across all phases of the software development life cycle and displays a deep knowledge of test methodologies.
• Displays a wide range of testing skills, knows how to apply them and possesses a deep appreciation for non functional testing concerns.

• This role is open to candidates that are based in and eligible to work in India
