What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to support sales processes, including opportunity management, territory planning, and sales automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations and customizations
• Configure and optimize opportunity management workflows, territory models, and forecast management features to maximize sales team effectiveness
• Develop custom solutions using Salesforce declarative tools and, where necessary, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and external systems using Boomi platform
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce Sales Cloud modules and integrations
• Perform regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve user adoption and system performance
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring best practices in Salesforce and Boomi development and deployment
• Document system designs, configurations, customizations, and integration flows, and deliver user training and support as needed.
