What you'll do

Oversee all HR functions for the Dallas office, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent.
Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Partner with leadership on HR initiatives. ‍
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of experience in HR management and 3+ years in a Managerial role.
Strong understanding of HR law and compliance.
