What you'll do

• Own the distributor and partner strategy for India, the Middle East, and Africa, tailoring approach by sub-region and partner type while keeping one coherent plan.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage coverage across all partner types : distributors, resellers/VARs, system integrators (regional and global), MSPs, and hyperscaler/cloud alliance partners, closing white space across the territory.
• Build and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with priority partners and distributors, aligning goals, investment, and GTM activity to Redis's growth priorities in each market.
• Run a regular cadence of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with distributors and top partners, tracking commitments, pipeline health, and performance against plan.
• Design and deliver partner enablement ( product, sales, and technical readiness), so partners can position and sell Redis independently and confidently.
• Plan and execute partner GTM events (regional roadshows, distributor summits, partner days) that generate pipeline and strengthen relationships across the territory.
• Own pipeline and forecast governance for the partner business, delivering accurate, timely forecasts and a clear view of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
• Define and track measurable partner performance (revenue, pipeline contribution, enablement completion, distributor scorecards) and hold partners accountable to targets.
• Manage the territory primarily remotely, building strong, durable partner relationships across time zones and cultures without requiring constant in-person presence. Reserving travel for the highest-impact engagements..
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to keep partners current on Redis's roadmap and to align partner-led motions with direct sales coverage.

Who can apply

• Manage the territory primarily remotely, building strong, durable partner relationships across time zones and cultures without requiring constant in-person presence. Reserving travel for the highest-impact engagements..
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to keep partners current on Redis's roadmap and to align partner-led motions with direct sales coverage.
• At least 7-10 years of quota-carrying channel, partner sales, or distribution management experience, with direct experience managing partners across India, the Middle East, and/or Africa.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full spectrum of partner types :distributors, resellers/VARs, system integrators, MSPs, and hyperscalers.
• A track record of building and running distributor strategy, including partner recruitment, coverage planning, and lifecycle/performance management.
• Proven ability to run joint business planning and QBR cadences that drive measurable partner performance.
• Strong remote relationship-management skills and able to build trust, drive accountability, and close deals with partners across multiple countries and cultures without heavy travel.
• Experience owning pipeline and forecast governance, with the discipline to deliver accurate, timely forecasts.
