What you'll do

• Recruitment Coordination
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage interview logistics, calendar scheduling, and meeting room arrangements.
• Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding requirements.
• Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Collaborate with BFSI business leaders and recruitment teams to ensure hiring timelines are met.
• Facilitate smooth communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Candidate Experience

• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate offer rollouts and pre-joining engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Generate recruitment reports and dashboards related to hiring progress, interview status, and offer acceptance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and BFSI hiring standards.
• Coordinate documentation collection and background verification processes.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure successful candidate joining.
• Liaise with HR operations and business teams for smooth onboarding.
