What you'll do

• People Pulse, Engagement & Culture
• Track the pulse of employees through health checks, pulse surveys, exit insights, and feedback loops.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and build strong connect across teams.
• Support office/community engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications.
• Advise stakeholders on ways to reinforce culture and improve the employee experience.
• HR Operations & Governance Support
• Liaise across HR teams to support onboarding, orientation, POSH processes, and people guidelines.
• Support development and communication of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle HR documentation and sensitive data with strong confidentiality and accuracy.
• Employee Relations Support

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in HR / MBA (or related field) preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR experience preferred (HRBP/people operations exposure is a plus).
• Solid understanding of HR compliance and employee confidentiality requirements.
• High responsiveness, strong ownership, and customer-first mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort working with HR data/metrics and creating basic insights.
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and relationships with business stakeholders.
