What you'll do

Process routine provisioning — creating accounts, assigning licenses, adding users to groups, setting permission levels per access Matrix
Process deprovisioning— removing access, reclaiming licenses, disabling accounts, completing every offboarding checklist step without shortcuts
Handle straightforward access change requests — escalate complex or non-standard to Mid-Level Administrator
First-line access support - password resets, account unlocks, SSO troubleshooting for standard issues
Document every access action clearly in the ITSM tool
Maintain license inventory records — update seat counts when users are added/removed, flag platforms approaching limit
Identify and flag dormant accounts — escalate for review rather than acting unilaterally
Assist with renewal preparation — pull utilization data for assigned platforms ahead of deadlines

First-Line Access & Provisioning
