What you'll do

• You will have the opportunity to develop innovative design solutions that transform how people work around the world.
• You will drive end-to-end product design solutions and high-fidelity detailed designs.
• As part of a cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to present your ideas, solicit feedback, and review others' proposals in a collaborative, supportive, working environment.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry .
• 2+ years of relevant design experience (internships included).
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions, including identifying user needs, creating design solutions that address those needs, and validating solutions with end users.
• Experience working with design tools to create feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and/or visual design solutions.
• A growth mindset that actively seeks learning opportunities and builds and extends core discipline skills.
