What you'll do

Business Development & Sales Execution
Drive sales and achieve ambitious annual revenue targets for the Optical and Communication product lines across assigned territories.
Map and penetrate key target segments, including telecommunications service providers, network equipment manufacturers (NEMs), R&D institutions, defence, aerospace, and academic labs.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and technical qualification to commercial negotiation and order closure.
Technical Consultation & Solution Selling
Act as a technical expert to understand complex customer requirements and recommend precise testing solutions leveraging our OSA and OTDR portfolios.
Conduct high-quality technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations for clients.
Bridge the gap between customer technical needs and our product capabilities, offering unparalleled application support during the pre-sales phase.
Account Management & Market Intelligence
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, CXOs, procurement heads, and lab managers.

Who can apply

B.E. / B.Tech: In Electronics & Communication Engineering, Telecommunications, Instrumentation, or a closely related technical field. An MBA in Marketing/International Business is a plus but not mandatory.
