• Reputation Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in reputation management, crisis communication, and proactive issue resolution.
• Partnership & Collaboration: Excellent collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams, demanding internal stakeholders, and external partners (media, agencies, KOLs).
• Innovation & Adaptability: High degree of initiative, commitment, and a keen interest in leveraging new technologies like Generative AI to innovate communication approaches. Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic media landscape.
• Attention to Detail: Sharp attention to detail in all aspects of communication planning and execution.
• Results-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering measurable results in communication campaigns.
