Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Lead discussions with member companies on issues within the battery supply chain and manufacturing subject area. 
• Lead and represent IESA in ministerial meetings, presenting and articulating IESA's point of view. 
• Connect with Leadership Circle / Platinum members at least once a month through physical meetings. 
• Prepare notes on key issues and recommendations and share them with members. 
• Conduct working group meetings on a monthly basis and work on improving their impact and engagement quality. 
• Author 5 leadership articles per year on battery supply chain and manufacturing themes.
• Conduct at least 1 physical roundtable with the subject group each year. 
• Generate new member leads and drive them to closure in coordination with the membership team. 

Who can apply

• Support member retention efforts within the subject area, with a target retention rate of 85%. 
• Prepare and submit a monthly report covering developments and activities in the subject area. 
• Support the policy team in preparation of their monthly report. 
• Work with the Consulting team and support them in reviewing annual reports. 
• Actively support the events team in IESA's flagship events. 
• Take the lead on Manufacturing Day at IESW and IBMSCS. 
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage. 
• 5–10 years of experience in battery manufacturing, supply chain, energy storage, or a closely related industrial sector
