What you'll do

Service Delivery & Customer Management
Own end-to-end service delivery for assigned customer accounts.
Serve as the primary technical and operational escalation point.
Conduct regular service reviews, governance meetings, and customer discussions.
Ensure SLA compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present service reports, dashboards, and improvement plans.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance to L1 and L2 engineers.
Drive troubleshooting and resolution of complex network and security issues.
Review technical solutions, changes, and implementation plans.

Participate in major incident management and escalation handling.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution.
Support and oversee enterprise firewall environments including:
Review firewall policies, NAT configurations, VPNs, security zones, and traffic flows.
