What you'll do

• Monitor and track quality KPIs and ensure adherence to targets.
• Implement corrective actions for quality deviations.
• Conduct process, product, and line release audits.
• Support production changes with necessary quality planning.
• Maintain and update quality documentation (FMEA, Control Plan, WI).
• Lead structured problem solving using 8D and root cause analysis.
• Handle customer complaints and warranty issues effectively.
• Coordinate and deploy Lessons Learned across processes and projects.
