What you'll do

• Minimum qualification - University (Bachelor’s) degree in accounting/commerce (CA/CMA/CFA/Semi Qualified or equivalent Preferred)
• Sound Accounting Knowledge with Strong expertise in Bank Reconciliation, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders/Client at all levels.
• Good Analytical skills
• 6-8 years work experience in general accounting/ record to report (closing, reporting & reconciliations)
• Minimum 3-4 years of team handling experience mandatory, with minimum team size of 8 to 10 resources
•  Exposure to SAP ERP systems is preferred and would be considered an added advantage
•  Proven people management capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve business objectives
