What you'll do

• Own a defined geographic territory: build strong and successful relationships with the assigned restaurant partners
• Field-intensive engagement: Conduct in-person visits, walking restaurants through product demos, ROI analysis, and present how working with Swiggy is a mutually beneficial relationship
• Consultative selling: Diagnose restaurant needs through questions about their current channels, delivery logistics, marketing spend, and business goals.Position Swiggy’s products as solutions, not features
• Relationship management: Manage the full lifecycle each month, pitching, negotiation, activation, and ongoing support to the restaurant partner
• Data-driven problem solving: Track adoption metrics, identify why restaurants aren't growing, troubleshoot issues, and course-correct
• Revenue responsibility: Own targets within your territory; track your own pipeline and conversion rates
• Excel mastery: all the data related to your day-to-day work will be on the city and central trackers, so you must have advanced knowledge of Excel/Google sheet/WSP
• Market research: Stay updated on restaurant trends, competitive landscape, and local market dynamics. Feedback from the field informs product direction 80 to 90 In-person meetings with restaurant partners a month.
• 1+ year in B2B sales, field sales, or business development (preferably in fmcg, food/beverage, or hotel industry)
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing your own pipeline
