What you'll do

· Work with clients to identify requirements. Develop a critical understanding of clients' and partners' business and their objectives;
· Manage the overall expectation, needs and progress of the assigned clients' accounts;
· Assist in customers’ understanding of the XPO platform;
· Participate in cross-functional collaboration for customer and sales support;
· Coordinate work plan closely with the client, operational and technical teams to ensure successful and timely campaign delivery;
· Coordinate with our sales team to review results and new strategy proposals with clients for the next campaigns, and to provide timely feedback;
· Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines;
Desired Skills and Experience
· 1 year to 3 years of working experience in digital media and/or IT preferred;
· Good Command on Ex cel and Advance Excel
