What you'll do

• Complete the trainee technical training programme
• Develop web or mobile application features for client projects
• Work within a dedicated development team serving a specific client
• Write and test code following delivery quality standards
• Participate in client calls, sprint planning and demonstrations
• Support debugging, defect resolution and application maintenance
• Document work for handover and long-term maintenance

Who can apply

• BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSc/BSc in CS, IT or a related branch
• 2024 to 2026 graduating batch with consistent academics
• Programming fundamentals in any modern language
• Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Willingness to learn assigned technology stacks
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Clear written and verbal English communication for client interaction
• Ability to work independently within a small team
• Available to work from the Pune office
