What you'll do

Complete the in-house technical training programme
Build product features for startup clients across the full stack
Design and implement backend services, APIs and data models
Work directly with client founders and technical leaders on requirements
Participate in rigorous code review and technical design discussions
Handle scalability and performance work as client products grow
Take ownership of components end to end within small teams

Who can apply

BE/BTech/MTech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science, IT or a related field
2024 to 2026 graduating batch with strong academic performance
Excellent data structures, algorithms and problem-solving ability
Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Python, C++ or JavaScript
Solid understanding of databases, both relational and NoSQL
Familiarity with web technologies and API design
Willingness to learn new technology stacks as client needs change
Interest in product thinking and startup environments
Good communication skills for direct client interaction
Available to work from the Pune office
