What you'll do

  • Complete the in-house technical training programme
  • Build product features for startup clients across the full stack
  • Design and implement backend services, APIs and data models
  • Work directly with client founders and technical leaders on requirements
  • Participate in rigorous code review and technical design discussions
  • Handle scalability and performance work as client products grow
  • Take ownership of components end to end within small teams

Who can apply

  • BE/BTech/MTech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science, IT or a related field
  • 2024 to 2026 graduating batch with strong academic performance
  • Excellent data structures, algorithms and problem-solving ability
  • Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Python, C++ or JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of databases, both relational and NoSQL
  • Familiarity with web technologies and API design
  • Willingness to learn new technology stacks as client needs change
  • Interest in product thinking and startup environments
  • Good communication skills for direct client interaction
  • Available to work from the Pune office
