What you'll do

Monitor and operate MEP systems including HVAC, electrical (HT/LT panels, DG sets), plumbing, and fire protection systems
Conduct daily equipment rounds and inspections of plant rooms
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs
Execute preventive maintenance schedules and track completion
Monitor Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alarms
Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for maintenance activities
Maintain equipment logbooks, maintenance records, and shift reports
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures
Supervise contractor work and verify quality standards
Support energy management and utilities consumption monitoring

Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
