• TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP & ARCHITECTURE
• Lead architecture and design reviews for highly scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise platforms.
• Define and drive engineering standards, architectural principles, testing strategies, and technical governance.
• Translate business and product objectives into technical strategies, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native, event-driven, microservices, and identity-first architectures.
• Identify architectural risks and technical debt and establish pragmatic plans for long-term improvement.
• Influence technical direction across multiple engineering teams and product areas.
• HANDS-ON ENGINEERING & SYSTEM DESIGN
• Remain hands-on with critical initiatives, contributing to design, coding, reviews, and technical problem solving.
• Design and evolve distributed systems capable of supporting millions of users and high-volume workloads.
