What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end development, deployment, and management of microservices architecture solutions using Java Spring technologies
• Mentor and guide a team of Java developers to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and efficient delivery timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architecture, QA, and operations to ensure optimal technical implementation
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure microservices aligned with business requirements
• Drive continuous improvement through evaluation of new technologies, tools, and methodologies
• Lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure high-quality code deliverables
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment scripts, and operational procedures
• Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
