• Release PVA’s for various positions in different platforms.
• Sourcing profiles for various positions that are open in company.
• Coordinating interviews with the Hiring Manager and the prospects.
• Taking feedback from the hiring manager and source profiles as per the prerequisite.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Following up on the interview process status.

Who can apply

• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
• Graduate from a reputed college & MBA / PGDM will be preferable.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Must have handled job portals.
