What you'll do

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Software Asset Management (SAM) to join Hitachi Digital Global India Private Limited. This role involves leading SAM initiatives, optimizing software spend, ensuring license compliance, and providing expert guidance to clients.

Who can apply

• * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• * Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Software Asset Management, with a proven track record of leading successful SAM initiatives.
• * In-depth knowledge of various software licensing models (e.g., per-user, per-core, subscription) from major vendors like Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe
• * Strong experience with leading SAM tools (e.g., Flexera One, Snow Software, ServiceNow SAM Pro).
• * Person should know about AI tool governance- Cloude AI, Courser AI, Gemini and MS Copilot licensing and know the vendor portal.
• * Demonstrated ability to analyze complex software license agreements and identify compliance risks and optimization opportunities.
• * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• * Certifications such as CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager) or equivalent are highly desirable.
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
