About this internship

Enerpac Tool Group is hiring a Graduate Software Trainee for its Bangalore technology centre — an excellent first opportunity for fresh engineering and MCA graduates who want hands-on exposure to enterprise software development. As a trainee, you will be mentored on Oracle technologies and modern web development while collaborating with the India Oracle team and interacting with US stakeholders on the Oracle Commerce (CX) platform. You will learn to translate high-level business requirements into functional and technical specifications using Agile methodology, and contribute to designing, developing, testing and supporting web applications built on Oracle ERP and Oracle Customer CX. This is a structured, growth-focused traineeship that blends classroom-style training with real production work across SQL, PL/SQL, Java, React.js and Python.

Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Train on Oracle technologies including Reports, Forms, SQL, PL/SQL and Workflow
• Build and adapt web applications using React.js and the Oracle Commerce platform
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications using Agile
• Design, develop, test and implement features for Oracle ERP and Oracle Customer CX
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide unit and integration testing support
• Collaborate with the India Oracle team and interact with US teams on Commerce CX

Who can apply

• B.E or MCA degree
• Fresh graduates or 0–1 years of experience
• Exposure to SQL, PL/SQL, Java, React.js and Python
• Familiarity with IDE tools, Postman or equivalent API tools
• Strong problem-solving, communication and time-management skills
