Acowale is a product startup building Acodash — the world’s first AI-powered Smart Operating System for Business that replaces ERP, CRM, HR, chat, email and eCommerce with one simple super-dashboard, integrated with 10 AI Assistants acting as a 24/7 digital team. Backed by Microsoft and supported by MongoDB, NASSCOM and Startup India, Acowale is hiring a motivated Full-Stack Developer Intern to help build scalable systems on the AcoMono project. You will work across backend and frontend: implementing backend features in TypeScript and Node.js, building and optimising PostgreSQL queries, contributing to API development and writing unit tests with Jest. On the frontend you will build React components in TypeScript with Vite tooling, ensure smooth UI-backend integration, and learn state management and data-fetching patterns. You will participate in code reviews, architecture sessions and feature delivery, gaining hands-on experience with a modern, mono-repo, API-first stack.

Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Implement backend features using TypeScript and Node.js under guidance
• Build and optimise PostgreSQL queries with senior-engineer support
• Contribute to API development, documentation and unit tests with Jest
• Build React components in TypeScript using Vite and modern frontend practices
• Ensure smooth UI-backend integration and learn state management patterns
• Participate in code reviews, architecture sessions and feature delivery

Who can apply

• Strong foundation in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Basic understanding of React or a similar frontend framework
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
• Git basics and version-control understanding
• Nice to have: Node.js, REST APIs, Docker, testing/TDD and Agile workflows
