Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Lead IT Systems Administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Manage endpoint/MDM platforms such as Jumpcloud, Jamf, Intune or equivalent.
• Own IT Asset Management including procurement, inventory, allocation, tracking, lifecycle, and disposal.
• Manage SSO, MFA, IAM, user provisioning, and access management .
• Administer enterprise applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Slack, and other SaaS platforms.
• Drive IT security, compliance, patching, endpoint protection, and access governance .
• Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Drive IT automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or APIs .
• Manage IT vendors, licenses, renewals, and technology evaluations.
• Define IT processes, SLAs, documentation, and operational standards.

• Strong IT Asset and SaaS License Management experience.
