What you'll do

Product Ownership
Own and manage the product backlog for the automated scheduling products.
Work with Product Managers to create epics from initiatives and roadmap projects.
Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer needs, product strategy, and business goals.
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Work with tech leads and development teams to plan sprints across multiple months.
Ensure backlog items are ready for sprint planning and development.
Customer & Market Insight
Work with the Product Manager to understand and implement the roadmap.
Work with customers, customer support, and services to fix software defects and to define and implement customer-specific features.

Who can apply

3–5+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software environment.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
Experience with ERP systems.
Strong experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical product specifications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
