What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operational activities with accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Communicate directly with clients through email and virtual meetings to support operational requirements.
• Perform data auditing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple systems.
• Maintain operational documentation, reports, and business records.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies while ensuring high data quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Prepare operational reports and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with established processes, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and other operational tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience in data auditing, validation, reconciliation, and client reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
