What you'll do

• Invoice & Payment Processing : Process vendor invoices, payment runs, and Travel & Expense claims in Urdu and English, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Document Verification & Compliance : Review, translate, and validate Urdu-language accounting documents, tax invoices, and statutory records to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary Urdu-language contact for vendor queries, exception resolution, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Month-End Support & Audit Readiness : Assist with closing activities, reconciliations, and audit documentation requiring Urdu language interpretation.
• Urdu language proficiency – Speak, Read, and Write (mandatory)
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• 3–5 years of experience in an MNC, Shared Services, or BPO environment with exposure to finance/accounting processes
• Ability to interpret and process financial documents in both Urdu and English

Who can apply

• Working knowledge of Invoice to Pay processes (invoice processing, exception handling, payments, T&E)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in Urdu and English
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to independently handle queries
• Prior experience with SAP ERP and VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) tool
• Familiarity with tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, tax invoices)
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles
• Exposure to process improvement or automation initiatives within finance operations
