Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Invoice & Payment Processing : Process vendor invoices, payment runs, and Travel & Expense claims in Thai and English, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Document Verification & Compliance : Review, translate, and validate Thai-language accounting documents, tax invoices, and statutory records to ensure compliance with Thai regulations.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary Thai-language contact for vendor queries, exception resolution, and coordination with Thailand-based stakeholders.
• Month-End Support & Audit Readiness : Assist with closing activities, reconciliations, and audit documentation requiring Thai language interpretation.
• Thai language proficiency – Speak, Read, and Write (mandatory)
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification3–5 years of experience in an MNC, Shared Services, or BPO environment with exposure to finance/accounting processes
• Ability to interpret and process financial documents in both Thai and English
• Working knowledge of Invoice to Pay processes (invoice processing, exception handling, payments, T&E)

Who can apply

• Clear written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to independently handle queries
• Prior experience with SAP ERP and VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) tool
• Familiarity with Thai tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax, tax invoices)
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles
• Exposure to process improvement or automation initiatives within finance operations
