What you'll do

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Ops Manager to drive operational excellence and manage core employee lifecycle processes in our India office. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end Onboarding and Off-boarding, leading the Internal Committee for PoSH compliance, ensuring Indian statutory compliance, and supporting HRBP activities.

Who can apply

• Experience: 5 - 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a solid mix of HR Operations and statutory compliance.
• PoSH Expertise: Proven experience leading or actively participating in a PoSH Internal Committee (IC) and managing formal workplace investigations.
• Employee Lifecycle: Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end Onboarding, Offboarding, and HR operations in India.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience working with modern HRIS, performance tools (e.g., Lattice, BambooHR, Workday), and grievance platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence and discretion.
