What you'll do

• Lead and execute complex design initiatives across multiple product areas.
• Conduct analysis of user needs and business requirements to identify context, pain points, and workflows.
• Perform audits of existing products and identify opportunities for iterative improvements.
• Maintain and evolve cross-portfolio UX guidelines to support a consistent and scalable user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals, technical feasibility, and user expectations.
• Act as a thought leader in product design through mentoring and contributions to design innovation.

Who can apply

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Design or User Experience Design, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates design process.
• Application of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Utilization of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
