What you'll do

User Management: Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
Space Configuration: Set up and customize Jira and Confluence spaces.
System Administration: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates.
Automation: Implement automation rules to streamline workflows.
Reporting and Dashboards: Create custom dashboards and reports using JQL.
Plugins support: XRAY, BigPicture, BigTemplate, RichFilters, DrawIO, others
Integration Management: Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and applications.
Customization: Develop custom fields, workflows, and Confluence templates.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather user feedback and implement enhancements.
Platform Management: Oversee upgrades, provide support, and contribute to the further development of our suite of tools.
