Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Own our organic social presence
• Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Plan, schedule, and publish content that's on-brand and built for each platform
• Monitor comments, engage with our community, and grow our following
• Run paid advertising campaigns
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Manage budgets, set targets, and report on performance against KPIs like ROAS and CPA
• Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences to continuously improve results
• Report and iterate
• Track performance across channels using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform-native tools

Who can apply

• 3–5 years in digital marketing, social media, or a related role
• Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Strong grasp of organic social strategy and short-form video best practices
• Comfortable with analytics tools and able to translate data into decisions
• Strong written communication skills and a good eye for on-brand content
• Self-directed and reliable — you don't need a lot of hand-holding to get things done
