What you'll do

• We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and AI-first Senior Executive – Ad Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital advertising, data-driven decision-making, and process automation. You will manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Who can apply

• 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Ad Operations.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client facing skills.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and no-code platforms to improve operational efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to provide after-hours or weekend support for campaign execution.
