What you'll do

• We are looking for a performance-driven marketer to lead and scale paid acquisition campaigns for Sahi English. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, deep platform expertise, and the ability to drive measurable growth in user acquisition, subscriptions, and revenue.

Who can apply

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing app campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Proven experience managing and scaling ₹1 Cr+ ad budgets.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with performance-driven execution.
• Deep understanding of ad optimization frameworks (creative testing, bidding strategies, audience scaling, retargeting, LTV optimization).
• Strong collaboration experience with creative teams to improve CTR, CVR, and ad relevance.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making approach.
• Experience in EdTech, subscription models, or vernacular audience targeting is highly preferred.
• Target-oriented and comfortable in fast-growth startup environments.
