What you'll do

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing professional to manage end-to-end digital marketing—from running ads and creating content ideas to tracking and optimizing performance.
This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for results, not just execution. Training and guidance will be provided.

Who can apply

1–3 years of experience in performance marketing content or growth marketing.
Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
Strong copywriting skills (English + regional language preferred).
Understanding of performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, CPI, CTR.
Experience working with creative and video teams.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
