What you'll do

• Generate apparel and promotional product quotes using the internal tool: V4 Quoter.
• Validate all mandatory inputs including quantity, artwork/proof, garment, print method, delivery location and licensing.
• Check inventory availability and recommend suitable alternatives when required.
• Quote orders as per standard margin guidelines and obtain approvals for exception pricing.
• Handle one-off orders and promo product quotes as per defined SOPs.
• Educate CMs and ISAs on using the V4 Quoter for standard quotes.
• Timeline Management
• Evaluate production feasibility for requested delivery dates.
• Determine whether Standard, Guaranteed, Expedited or Flash timelines can be supported.
• Validate production timelines based on print method, decoration method, inventory availability and shipping requirements.

• Ensure all responses meet team quality standards and SLA targets.
• Escalate licensing, pricing or operational issues wherever required.
