What you'll do

• Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated demand generation programs across India, including regional campaigns, events, digital programs, and account-focused activities.
• Work closely with the India Partner Sales team and APJ Marketing to execute local partner campaigns, co-marketing programs, workshops, customer events, webinars, partner days, and other joint activities designed to generate demand and support partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Support local activations including industry conferences, executive events, customer roundtables, partner events, meetups, webinars, and virtual experiences. Coordinate logistics, speaker preparation, KBYG documentation, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Ensure effective tracking of leads and opportunities generated through India marketing programs. Partner with BDRs, Sales, Partner Sales, and Marketing Operations to drive timely follow-up and measure pipeline impact.
• Manage relationships with local event agencies, production partners, digital agencies, vendors, and other third parties to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
• Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs using CRM and BI tools, reporting on pipeline contribution, partner influence, ROI, engagement, and opportunities for optimisation.
• What We're Looking For:
• 3–5 years of marketing experience within a B2B technology company, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, cloud-native, DevOps, or developer tooling.
• Experience supporting field marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or regional marketing programs in India.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
