• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers and internal teams to create reels, graphics, captions, and stories.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor content to stay relevant.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement activities.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth).
• Manage social media tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
• Support marketing initiatives, brand awareness activities, event promotions, and product launches.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure content tone and messaging reflect the company’s global positioning.
• Suggest creative ideas and campaign styles to increase visibility and engagement.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
• Ability to write clean, engaging captions and content lines.
• Basic experience with design tools (Canva or similar).
• Knowledge of reels, short-form videos, and trending content formats.
• Good communication skills and an eye for detail.
