Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Prepare, stretch, top and bake pizzas to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in quality, taste and presentation.
• Manage the pizza station during service, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
• Prepare fresh dough, sauces and toppings following approved recipes and production schedules.
• Monitor dough fermentation, ingredient quality and stock levels to ensure the best product reaches our guests.
• Maintain consistency across all pizza offerings while supporting seasonal menus, specials and new recipe development.
• Ensure all ingredients are stored, labelled and rotated correctly while minimizing waste and controlling food costs.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization and food safety within the pizza section at all times.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to deliver seamless service across restaurants, events and special occasions.
• Support junior chefs with guidance and training, promoting teamwork and continuous learning.
• Take pride in your section, ensuring all equipment is clean, maintained and operating safely.
