• Reduction in waste % over and v/s previous year for Machine damage, Blend Loss/Gain.
• Implement shift level process improvements assigned to optimize operational efficiencies for increasing productivity per man hour and to reduce variable over heads
• Monitoring OEE to be with in specified norms
• Implementing opportunities for Unbudgeted Saving identified through process / operations excellence initiatives
• Customer Service
• Ensuring FG readiness for shipping by executing shift level production plan without deviation.
• Reduction in customer/consumer complaints.
• Achieving targeted OTIF
