What you'll do

• Job Purpose/Overview
• Operating within an agile, high-growth packaging facility, the Shift Leader manages shift-level packaging operations to safely produce Royal Canin products to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• This role is the critical, hands-on driver of Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) on the shopfloor. By integrating core MSE pillars (Safety, FMOS, AM, FI, and E&T) directly into daily single-line operations, the Shift Leader builds operator capability, drives asset ownership, and ensures the plant scales efficiently to support India's long-term business growth.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production) or a related technical/supply chain field.
• 5 to 8 years of manufacturing experience (Food or Pharma)
• Minimum of 3 years of direct people management or shift leadership experience.
• Highly Preferred: Practical experience implementing or sustaining Lean, TPM, or MSE frameworks on the shopfloor.
• Preferred: Good working knowledge of food safety standards (ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages. Proficient in MS Excel and operational data entry.
